And then what? What other training will go on after that? I have another part time job right now that I do Thursday through Sunday. So, for example, let’s say you have an employee that’s scheduled to work 4 to 8 p.m. I know Traditions is an 8 hour class, and mine is on a Tuesday, which is one of my committed days. A shift swap happens when an employee can’t make it to a scheduled shiftand so they trade shifts with another employee that’s available to work during that time period. ![]() I don't remember being told anything about that (unless the paperwork they meant was the I-9 verification forms).
